This house sits on a bluff with lovely water views. It was a generic shingle style with random additions from the 80s and 90s. Architect Michael Haverland, together with designer Joe D'Urso, reconfigured the spaces to capitalize on the views. Added were floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that complement the original shingle-style details, a new 14’ foyer, and a skylight in a family living area. Porches were enclosed to expand living spaces and the master suite, and the kitchen was resited. A new pool, spa, garage, grill area, and outdoor seating were also added.
