Restaurateur Zach Erdem will be opening Kozu, in the former Nammos Estiatorio and Nello's space at 136 Main Street in Southampton, Memorial Day weekend. Zach told us the menu is still being finalized; it's being created by John Keller of Nobu and Joseph Kim, and in addition to the Japanese and sushi there will be Peruvian influences.
At the same location, Erdem is opening Beach House, an after dinner nightclub, and is offering hotel rooms in former staff housing, now renovated. Hotel ZE will have nine rooms including five suites. Suites will run $1000 a night for a three-night minimum on weekends and $800 a night weeknights.
