New Restaurant The Greenwich to Open in Water Mill

New American menu

The Greenwich, a New American eatery, will open Thursday, May 26, in the former Red Stixs space at 1020 Montauk Highway in Water Mill. Nick Boccio and Chef Carmine Di Giovanni of The Project Group (of The Greenwich Project, The Mulberry Project, Aunt Jake's NYC hotspots) are partnering with restaurateurs David Schulman and Sean Kehlenbeck. The menu will feature seasonal dishes such as watermelon salad, tuna chop, rib eye, and rack of lamb; a cocktail program by The Mulberry Project, and an extensive wine menu.
