Interiors to die for

PriceSpotter is Curbed's price guessing game. We provide some details and pictures from a local listing, and you take a crack at the price. Thursday, we reveal the answer. No cheating!

What/Where: 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths / Sag Harbor Village

Square Feet: 5,387

Acreage: 0.43

The Skinny: The Captain John Overton house was built in 1853 but has been renovated and decorated by Historical Concepts and CH favorite Steven Gambrel. "The original structure was protected by replacing the 19th century foundation with a concrete and steel framed full lower level, then the historic structure was rebuilt and the footprint amended to allow expansion into a family home." Interiors are, of course, utterly gorgeous and high-end; there’s even a guest house (which was also rebuilt) and a teeny (14' x 33') saltwater pool, along with mature gardens.

So...how much do you think they're asking for it?
