Endless Views in a North Sea Bayfront Home Asking $4.25M

New, 1 comment

With pool and spa overlooking the water

This property, perched high up among the bayfront bluffs, is all about the water. Looks like just about every room in the three-bedroom house sports a view of Little Peconic Bay; you can see Robins Island and the North Fork. The jewel of the property is the gunite infinity pool and spa overlooking the water, but there are also numerous decks to relax in, and steps down to your own sandy beach. The plot itself is 0.71 acre, which borders a nature reserve. The house is small at just under 1800 square feet, and could use some cosmetic updates, but is probably basically fine as is. What do you think of the asking price of $4.25M? We're not sure about it, given the lack of comps.
