This chintzy traditional close to Main Beach is being offered at a non-chintzy price. First, the good stuff: there's 1.14 acres of land in a beautiful area of the village with pretty, mature gardens, a gunite pool, and brick terraces. The shingled 3600 square foot house has great curb appeal and some nice built-ins, including an adorable little wet bar in a closet. The downsides are the cluttered interiors (too much furniture--buyers are going to have a hard time looking past that), the small galley kitchen, and that there are only three bedrooms, although they're all ensuite. Given these negatives, we tend to think $7.5M is an ambitious price for the property.
