CNBC interviews Zach and Cody Vichinsky

Since launching Bespoke Real Estate two years ago, brothers Zach and Cody Vichinsky have become major players in the Hamptons luxury real estate market. They founded Bespoke after working at Corcoran’s Bridgehampton office: they felt there was a niche in the market for a high-end luxury firm with concierge-like amenities. Today, Bespoke clients enjoy personalized iPads loaded with property information and chartered helicopter services from New York.

In an interview with CNBC, Zach says, "Bespoke really was a consequence of us saying, 'How can we really take this system and perfect it?' The same type of service you get with a $200,000 house is what's being given — or what was being given — with a $200 million or a $10 million property." He said his firm aimed to "make it much better, make it much more organized, and much more conducive with the level of expectations that a buyer or seller has if they're purchasing a very expensive asset." They also say that understanding the unique Hamptons market is key. For the rest of the interview, watch the video above.
