Joy Behar Asking $3.8M for Her East Hampton Property

Cozy, inviting interiors

Having recently returned to "The View," Joy Behar has itchy feet when it comes to property. Back in 2012, she sold her Sagaponack home very quickly and then picked up this 4000sf traditional just outside the village of East Hampton, paying $2.875M. Now she's asking just over a million more for the handsome house, which is 4000sf and set on three-quarters of an acre. The numerous outdoor terraces (one with a fireplace), gunite pool and farm field views make for a very attractive exterior, while inside, the steepled ceiling in the great room, cute seating nooks in the bedrooms, and simple white marble kitchen and baths make for an inviting interior. We think $3.8M is a reasonable starting point for the property; we'll be interested to see where Ms. Behar buys next.
