This 4400sf new-build makes the most of the light and the views of Fish Cove and North Sea Harbor. There’s a main level with living, dining, kitchen, den/bedroom and two more bedrooms; a second floor which is entirely given over to the master suite with its own private terrace, and a finished lower level with a huge rec room ready to be finished and a fifth bedroom (which looks pretty light). The plot size is a relatively skimpy 0.41 acre, but of course there’s a gunite pool out back.
Of course, it's winter, so while there are attractive water views of Fish Cove now, but it's unclear how much of a view would exist once the trees are in leaf, and those trees don't belong to the purchaser, so there isn't an option to chop 'em down. As for the price, who knows? This is a unique property, unlike any other in the area. It's probably ambitious, given that this would be the highest-value property in the area, but it's an attractive house with nothing for a buyer to do, so we'll see what happens.
