Manna is the latest restaurant to open in the former Mirko's space in Water Mill. Late last summer, Via del Mare occupied the space; the restaurant closed a week after its official opening in October when Chef Marco Barrila resigned due to ownership conflicts. Chef Barrila is back with the new Manna, which had a soft opening in December and is now serving seven days a week, with lunch and dinner and brunch on weekends. At lunchtime, there's a three course prix fixe menu for $25. The winter menu is available after the jump.
