The 2016 Summer Rental Roundup: East Hampton Edition

Hamptons rentals run the gamut from modest to superlative, from reasonably priced to Holy Crap! Curbed bring you three rentals per destination in various prices as we head east. Today we look at homes in the peaceful town of East Hampton.

Modest
6 Laura's Lane, East Hampton; Saunders
Price: $80,000 (MD-LD)
The Lowdown: This five-bedroom is convenient to both East Hampton and Amagansett. There's a nice open flow downstairs, with decking to the pool; there's also an outdoor ping pong table for for fun summer afternoons. If it's raining, there are three flatscreens with streaming media and a Sonos sound system.

47 Buell Lane, East Hampton; Compass
Price: $200,000 (MD-LD)
The Lowdown: This sprawling, charming village home is on a pretty street and is convenient to shops, restaurants, and the jitney. There's plenty of room to house everyone, too, with six bedrooms and four baths. If you feel like getting away from everyone, though, the master suite includes its own private sitting room. Outside, there's a childproof heated pool.

Holy Crap!
19 Lee Ave, East Hampton; Elliman
Price: $500,000 (MD-LD)
The Lowdown: This c. 1895 Shingle Style stunner has 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. The interiors have been completely updated and renovated with a modern flair (love the blue floors). If the 10,000sf house hasn't enough space for you, there's also a pool house and a children's playhouse.
