Nothing to do but move in and relax at this updated village home. In front is a pretty porch with rocking chairs, and out back there’s a porch, patio with firepit, and a small pool with pool house with bath and outdoor shower. The plot is smallish at 0.26 of an acre, but it’s nicely planted and hedged for privacy.
The house, too, isn’t huge: it’s 2280 square feet with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There are nice built-ins in the living room and two gas fireplaces, along with flatscreen TVs in practically every room. And the kitchen and baths look to be recently redone.
So that only leaves the price, $3.195M, which we think is kind of high given the small size of everything and that the quality of the fixtures and fittings isn’t the highest. What do you think?
