Some interesting choices were made in designing this glass and wooden bayfront home, which was built in 2011. For example: the garage-style tilting glass door in the sunroom, the kitchen with interesting wood and stone textures, the rooftop deck with glass railings and the wooden deck that juts out over the bay. There’s also steps down to the bay beach. Unfortunately, the furniture and nonexistent artwork just isn’t complementing the interiors, so the property isn’t blowing us away, and for over $10M, we want to be blown away. A good decorator could make all the difference here.
There’s a bit over half an acre of land, which includes an inviting bayside pool and spa. The house is 4000 square feet (which may include the finished lower level with wine room), and there are five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. What do you think?
