There’s nothing not to like about this village new build, except, perhaps, the price. At 2800 square feet, with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it’s not huge, nor is the plot big at 0.23 of an acre. But for a family home, there’s everything you could want, including a gunite pool and spa out back; a light, open main floor with modern staircase and a simple kitchen; a screened porch with fireplace, perfect for buggy summer nights. There’s a private deck off the master, and a finished, light lower level perfect for a TV room, playroom, whatever, which also includes a bedroom and bath. Asking price for all this is $2.95M, which strikes us as too high. Does $2.5M sound more like it to you?
