The difference is, it costs $20M less than it would in Sagaponack or Bridgehampton. There’s 3.8 acres of land, which includes 275 feet of ocean frontage, a large pool and spa, reflecting pool, tennis court, and your private boardwalk to the beach. (We like how the three-car garage is tucked away underneath, too.)
The house is a large 10,000 square feet of glass and steel, made the maximize the ocean and bay views. There’s plenty of space for various kinds of entertaining, including a roof deck, all done in clean, modern, attractive lines; especially noteworthy is the gorgeous staircase. The second floor includes the master suite with private terrace and five guest bedrooms, all with unique bathrooms. In all, there are nine bedrooms and 11.5 baths. Not enough space? It’s even possible to finish the lower level if desired; this property is in a FEMA X zone (minimal flood risk), unlike most oceanfront.
This is the most expensive property available in Quogue, but we think the asking price is probably reasonable. What do you think?
