Answers were all over the place this week, though most of you thought the place was more expensive than it is. One commenter really liked it, as did we: "I could have a lot of fun fixing this up. Love that expanse of windows. Pool looks nice, too. The bathrooms must be even worse than the kitchen or else there would be photos. And 2 and 1/2 baths for a 4 BR does not suit everyone these days. Wish I had the time and money for a project."
