This one's not for the privacy lovers, but if you're a surfer with $2M to spare, it may be for you. The house is just a block away from Ditch Plains, and high decks make the most of the ocean view. There's even a high deck with a built-in table for a good-sized party. The plot size is typically petite at 0.17 of an acre, and the house itself is 2000sf, with four bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is spacious and on the same upper level. The re-done kitchen is really nice, we think, with island seating (with a beverage cooler) near a fireplace. The only living room (we think) is small, but then, who wants to be indoors? What do you think of the place?
