The ad describes this 1300 sq. ft. 2 bed 2 bath house as a "jewel box of a cottage" in Sag Harbor Village. Yes, it's cozy and all that, but we all know that's code for tiny. Sitting on .08 acres, there really isn't room for expansion of any kind. The eat-in-kitchen is a far cry from modern, but the property has some nice features. The bedrooms are spacious, and we love that clawfoot tub. And, you can't really argue with the area, because Sag Harbor appeals to most buyers. So, does the location justify the $1.075M ask?
