This 2013 new-build is quite small at 1500sf and set on a minuscule plot of 0.09-acre, but it offers everything you'd want in a stylish way. (Except for a pool, but can't have everything.) There's plenty of decking in the yard, including an eating area, a balcony, a lounging area and an outdoor shower. Indoors, there are three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, along with a living room with fireplace and stylish open-plan kitchen. The price strikes us as fair, even though this is one of the smallest plots in the Dunes. What do you think of the place?
