We're not sure why this Farrell new construction has been lingering on the market. OK, the house style is quite common these days, but most buyers don't care about that. And while Farrell is sneered at by Curbed readers, most buyers disagree. Call us pedantic, but if a property advertises an oceanview, we want to see it pictured, preferably from inside the house. Yes, there's a picture of the property showing the ocean, and we're sure it's lovely if we're hovering over the property in our jetpack that day.
All that aside, the house comes furnished in a very attractive style, not cookie cutter at all, and the Christopher Peacock kitchen is also trendy. There's plenty of space inside and out, with 9000sf, seven bedrooms and 8.5 baths, a billiards room and home theater, and the 1.6 acres of land sports a pool, pergola for dining, and tennis court. For all that, we think $11M is a reasonable starting point.
