Less than 18 months after the project was announced, the Barn & Vine development in Bridgehampton is half sold out. The 37 houses, developed by Continental Ventures and Continental Pinewood, are located off Scuttle Hole Road next to Channing Daughters. The development is notable for offering concierge services, which have proven popular in condos, but are unusual with freestanding homes.

Susan de França, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, says, "We are very pleased with the velocity of sales to date which have exceeded our expectation. Barn & Vine is filling a niche in the Hamptons marketplace, offering best-in-class architecture and interior design, a fully comprehensive concierge program, a wide range of thoughtfully designed layouts, and sophisticated and refined finishes."

Prices range between $2,895,000 and just over $4,000,000. Four new styles have been introduced: the Addison Barn, the Georgica, the Manor, and the Montauk. The Addison Barn is a plainer, smaller style than the other barn-style houses in the development, with five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3937sf. The Georgica is a gambrel with 3800sf, six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The Manor is a traditional, a little larger than the other new styles at 4269sf, with seven bedrooms and 6.5 baths. We would guess the Montauk is more of a classic beach cottage style, but a rendering is not available yet. Of course, each house has a pool out back, although plot sizes vary.
