In partnership with Seaview Development, celebrated architect Stuart Narofsky is building a 5,500 sq. ft. estate in East Hampton. The group is calling their ambitious new project Gables House. Aiming to merge traditional Hamptons architecture with 'distinct modern sightlines', this property has a swanky 1,000 sq. ft. master bedroom wing. This 5.5 bath 5 bed contemporary barn has a fancy-ass chef's kitchen with Gagganeau appliances and Poppenphol cabinets. As for aesthetics, we love the glass stair tower that looks more like art (talk about combining form and function!). With 1.1 acres, this home is pretty tricked out. The heated gunite pool, wine cellar, gym, and 20-seat theater are impressive. However, we're still wondering if the $5.695M ask is appropriate. EH village fringe can be a tricky area. So far, we've only got these renderings to go on, but we want to know what you think. Gables House sure does look gorgeous, but will it sell at this price point?
