NBC's Open House show featured a newly completed home in the Georgica area of East Hampton Village designed by one of our favorite local architects, Erica Broberg Smith. It's her reimagining of a classic Hamptons barn. Erica says that as her design progressed, it became more and more modern. We particularly like the modern staircase, with its plain, heavy oak newel posts and mesh. Take a video tour of the home below.
