The rather nice house by Michael Davis offers plenty of room, with seven bedrooms and 7.5 baths in 6000sf, but it's the exterior, by Edmund Hollander Design, that's the real star of the show. The pool and spa are lovely, with a "three-story pool house with lounge area, kitchenette, gym, offices, four full baths and its own sunken outdoor living room." There's a sweet area for the kids with playhouse and swingset, which turns into an adults' area at night with a firepit. The sunken tennis court offers a pergola for watching the game, and there's a gazebo across the sweeping lawn and even a basketball half-court. The 2.7 acres of grounds are planted for privacy from the neighbors, although parts are left open for sunset views over the neighboring fields.

Asking price for all this? $16.9M, which seems high--$12M or $13M is more like it, we think.
