This house, built 1913, is loaded with charm and original features, and it's been updated with taste and style. The original woodwork looks to be mostly intact, including a lovely built-in china cabinet in the dining room and cupboards in bedrooms. The white marble bathrooms are also gorgeous. The house is a reasonably sized 3200sf, with five bedrooms in all and 3.5 baths. Outside, there's a half acre of land with mature gardens and specimen trees, gunite pool and brick patios. The catch is, of course, that's it's right on Pantigo Road. If it weren't for that address, this house would cost way more. And it's still SOH and in the village. Someone looking for a place in East Hampton with $2.5M to spend could do a lot worse, we think.
