Mapping 90,000 UFO Sightings Across the United States

This is a pretty cool map: an interactive data visualization produced by Metrocosm using more than 90,000 UFO sightings since 1905. As you can see, the Northeast spends much of its time viewing extraterrestrial ships, although the Hamptons itself is frustratingly skimpy on UFOs. Hamptons, we are disappoint. After all, this is the site of the Montauk Project, featuring time traveling aliens. Come on, people, step it up.
