The new Ponquogue Point development in Hampton Bays has just opened the first decorated models by well-known Hamptons design firm Mabley Handler. The first is the two-bedroom Summer Nautical model, and the decoration certainly lives up to its name, with a jaunty red, white, and blue color scheme and lots of nautical references. We quite like the graphic framed semaphore flags and the driftwood-colored cabinetry in the kitchen and master bath. Even the private garden space follows suit (all units at Ponquogue Point have some outdoor space, whether it be a private garden or lawn, roof deck, or terrace).

The other unit pictured is the three-bedroom Modern Yacht model, which features a quieter color scheme of navy and white with dark wood. There are crisp stripes and shiny silver elements complementing the black and white framed photos. Also notice the cushions on the living room sofa—they feature the Ponquogue Point burgee flag logo, which is echoed on the rug. We can't wait to see more of the decorated models as they're available.
