This is a simple property: a 1200sf cottage, built in 1965, on a little 0.14-acre plot. Asking price is $1.985M. But the location is great: just two houses from the ocean, 500 feet from the beach. There are three bedrooms and two baths; judging from the lack of pictures, the baths are original (which is fine by us; we like vintage baths). The listing says the kitchen is "up to date," but again, not pictured. In any case, the asking price is reasonable enough that any renovations can be easily done and your summers will be sorted forever.
