The Southampton Historical Museum's Colonial Kitchen Garden

Behind the Pelletreau Silver Shop is a magical little garden that every year produces an abundance of vegetables, herbs, and flowers using sustainable methods both old and new. It's the Southampton Historical Museum's colonial kitchen garden. This year, the gardener, Emma Woodward, would like to expand community involvement. How can you get involved? You can donate; visit on Friday, June 12, from 5:30PM to 6:30PM or attend Emma's garden party on Saturday, August 15, from 4PM to 6PM. Want to be more hands-on? Become a garden assistant. You would meet once weekly with Emma, learning the processes she uses to maintain the garden throughout the season; in return, you'll receive a harvest dependent stipend of produce and flowers weekly.
