This 4 bedroom 3,000sf traditional in Water Mill has a dated feel. Then again, $2.995M certainly isn't a terrible ask for South of the Highway. Of course, it's much closer to 27 than the beach. As for the interior, we love the open feel and lush grounds. However, the décor is unremarkable with loads of pointy angles throughout. Outdoor decks and a heated gunite pool round out the listing. So, what do you think? Is the location too close to the highway to warrant just under $3M, or have we finally found a good deal?
