This 5 bed 4 bath at 346 Madison Street in Sag Harbor has everything we look for in a village charmer. Upgraded fixtures (we're crushing on the bathroom tile!) and clean lines should speak to buyers who just can't get enough of this storybook town. With .4 acres and a decent size pool, we're not expecting this 3,831 sf. property to last all that long on the market. True, the track lighting in the rather small kitchen isn't exactly glamorous, and the façade is dated. But once you move beyond that, we're impressed with the interior, and the location is demand.
