After all, the page says, "Residential real estate is a tale of two markets—luxury and everything else." Dividing the luxury market into six areas, which are either primary or resort markets, the page explores such topics as the entry price for a luxury home in each market, how long it takes to sell in each, and the bar for trophy homes in each market.
