Jason Kidd Sells His Gorgeous Water Mill House for $7.1M

When Jason Kidd, retired NBA star and coach of the Milwaukee Bucks, listed his really rather gorgeous house last October for $7.995M, we thought the price was eminently reasonable. It took a while and couple of pricechops to sell, but now it's reportedly in contract for $7.1M. The new (built 2012) 7800sf house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Just for fun, the lower level has two kitchenettes, a popcorn machine and a snow cone maker. Outside is just as much fun: the two-acre plot boasts a pool and pool house with flatscreen, built in BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. Of course there's a basketball court, tennis court with pavilion and putting green. Someone got a great buy.
