Sagaponack Oceanview Property Relisted at $14.495M, Because Why Not

Update! This property closed on 5/8/15 for $9.3M. It has been relisted for $14.495M.

This property debuted on the market back in October, asking $12.75M. By December, the price had been chopped down to a lean $9.995M. It didn't sell at that price, so now here we are six months later with the house newly done by star stager Meridith Baer and a new price of $14.495M. Hey, why not, it's a free country. The owner's folk art collection was kind of interesting, actually, but it's a staging no-no. There are a lot of positives to the property: 1.4 acres of land with a gunite pool and tennis court and deeded access to the ocean. The real drawback, we suspect, is that the house sports only four bedrooms and 3.5 baths in its 4600sf.
