Two Trees Farm Subdivided After 7 Years on the Market

New, 23 comments

After seven years on the market, and prices ranging from $95M, to $75M, to $55M, Two Trees Farm is finally getting subdivided into 17 home sites. Founder David Walentas is developing 12 properties and Joe Farrell is developing five sites.

The first Farrell listing is shown here. On about two acres, there's 8000sf up plus 3400sf in the lower level and seven bedrooms. Of course there will be a pool, pool house, and tennis court. We like the barn style Farrell is using here, very appropriate for a former farm. Asking price is $10M.

On the other side of the horse farm, the properties developed by Walentas will be designed by various architects, including Fleetwood & McMullan, all in traditional styles. Eleven of the lots will range from about two acres to three acres, while one lot is 9.7 acres. The first property available is also shown here; it's very similar in size and features to the Farrell one, but its asking price is $9M. There's 8000sf up, 3000sf lower, seven bedrooms, 8.5 baths, pool, pool house, and tennis.
