If loving this sweet cottage is wrong, we don't want to be right. The c. 1927 house looks to have been updated thoughtfully, with vintage style cabinets and soapstone counters in the kitchen, marble and subway tiles and beadboard in the bathrooms, but retaining the old-fashioned charm. Natural rugs over wide-plank floors keep the look casual. There are three bedrooms and three baths in a petite 1400sf; the yard is also small at 0.12 acre, but there's a patio for dining and an outdoor fireplace.
