Welcome back, Philippe! Memorial Day weekend, Chef Philippe Chow is back at his old stomping ground on Three Mile Harbor Road (which has been Sienna the past couple of years). He'll be serving up his classic Chinese dishes like salt & pepper lobster; chicken, shrimp and steak satay; filet mignon with oyster sauce, pink prawns, and the famous Peking Duck carved at your table and served with homemade pancakes. After dinner, the party starts at The Club at Philippe, which will feature star DJs, specialty cocktails, and a small menu of bites created by Chef Chow. See you there!
