Ladies of a certain age need good lighting to look their best, and surely this sweet old lady merits pictures not taken on someone's cellphone. She also deserves a new kitchen (although she gets points for the William Morris Trellis wallpaper) and some décor from the latest century. The house is small at 1530sf, but there are four cozy bedrooms (some of which appear to be the attic) and three baths. The master is particularly nice with charming rounded doors that leads to a balcony. The plot is petite at 0.10 acre but that's standard for the area, and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach club. Asking price is $1.1M, which seems high.
