The Skinny: We think this adorable little place is great as is; we hope it's not a teardown. It's not huge, but it is casual and fun. Location is good and there's a pool and fireplace. The bathroom needs updating and we would paint the ugly brick on the fireplace, but other than that this little place is ready for summer fun.
