This petite (1020sf) house works hard to overcome the Not Rectangular curse. The wooden floors are attractively stained in a checkerboard pattern, which complement the ceiling beams. The walls are bleached white. The kitchen seems fairly reasonably sized for a house this small, the living room boasts a cozy fireplace, and there are two bedrooms and a nice subway tiled-bathroom with a soaking tub. There isn't a pool but there's plenty of room for one on the 0.43 acre of land, and the property is fairly close to a private residents' beach. All in all, we think this would be a very appealing weekend place for a single or couple.
