The exterior of this shingled four-bedroom is attractive enough—hey, at least someone resisted the urge to put a Palladian window out front. The interior needs some work: that kitchen needs to go and so, we assume, do the two bathrooms. The attraction of this property is the good-sized one acre plot of land, with a tennis court and pool already in place. They're not pictured, though. The house is only 2200sf, though, so we wonder if someone is going to knock it down and build a 5000sf building in its place. The listing notes: "Median house values in the area are on the rise." What do you think of the $3M asking price? Sounds a little high to us, although again, this is an unusually large property for the area.
