Yes, it sold at 186,000 miles per second. (According to Redbook magazine, the speed of light.) This house hit the market only a few weeks ago and now here it is sold. Which is not surprising given how nice the property is: not huge at 2500sf, but all very well done. Outside is a traditional farmhouse covered in cedar shingles, with an acre of land and a pool; plus, with four legal outbuildings, it would be possible to expand. Inside, the kitchen is chic, and there are indoor and outdoor dining areas flanking it. In all, there are four bedrooms and three baths. We thought the ask of $2.25M seemed a little high, given that the property is on a fairly busy cut-through street, but clearly there's a happy new buyer out there.
