This house, with its exposed beams and massive fieldstone fireplace, seems like it would be more appropriate in the Adirondacks or Catskills rather than the Hamptons, but there's a lid for every pot, as the saying goes. The place is "located in the desirable, private beach community of Northampton Colony"; there isn't a pool on the 0.63 acre plot, but there is room for one and a permit. Inside, there is a plenty of natural wood, with wide-plank pine floors. The house is 3000sf, with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths; the tall (10.5') ceilings are quite nice, as is the kitchen and great room with that fab fireplace. Not enough space? There's also a walk-out basement that can be finished.
