The East Hampton Library this year kicks off a series of talks on very varied subjects—from local history, climate change, tick-borne diseases, to the history of World War I and municipal fiscal policy. The series, Conversations With..., is named in honor of the late Tom Twomey, who was president and chairman of the library. Beginning April 18 and running until September 19, each event begins with wine at 4PM, and then the presentation with Q&A will be from 4:30 to 5:45. Admission to all is free, but RSVPs are requested.
