Initial impressions are deceiving with this simple ranch: it looks fairly plain and vinyl-sided on the outside. But this, after all, is prestigious Egypt Close in East Hampton, so the newly renovated interiors are rather lush, with clean white lines and bleached wooden floors. There are three bedrooms and 3.5 nice bathrooms in the house, which is 2600sf. There's also a living room with fireplace, den media room with fireplace, and a home office. There's no pool on the half-acre plot but you could put in a sizable lap pool, we figure. What do you think of the price?
