Attractive Southampton Village Gambrel is Languishing at $2.6M

New, 12 comments

This is a nice house: newly redone with pretty marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, nice fireplaces, a pool, you name it. It's a generous size: 3000sf with five bedrooms and six baths on a smallish 0.3 acre plot. But it's been on the market for a long time; the price was cut from $2.75M down to $2.595M last June and there it stays. The pictures are also not doing this property any favors: we Photoshopped them brighter because they were so dark, but we didn't Photoshop sheets on the beds (come on now, people), nor did we digitally add a dining table. Sigh. It's clear the price is going to have to head south to tempt a buyer.
