This property hit the market back in October; it was so nicely done, freshly renovated, and with a pool, we thought it was a good buy for anyone who wanted a small place (2036sf, 0.16 acre) as a getaway. Ask was $1.549M, which seemed reasonable to us; and in fact the place closed last month for $1.495M. Comments were mixed: "I have seen it. It really is perfect. Low maintenance living at its best." And "I've seen it too. 5 different types of wood on the floor - 1 for each renovation over the past 120 years. The pool is tiny in real life. Price is aggressive." (Personally, we like the notion of different types of wood reflecting different renovations…)
