The up-to-the minute styling of this north-of-the-highway property is quite fetching. (Love the kitchen banquette!) The listing photos seem a bit skimpy, though: while we like what we see so far, we'd like to see the other bedrooms and bathrooms (six and 5.5 respectively). Not pictured is the "fully realized lower level (stadium-seated theatre/media room, wine cellar, nanny's quarters with full bath, recreational rooms with wet bar" or the "side entrance mudroom features a wall of individualized open-closet areas and seating for comfort while dressing or undressing." The 2.2 acres of land does offer the requisite pool and a tennis court. Price is possibly a little high, we'll see what happens.
