Back in the dog days of summer, this property was featured on Curbed's Pricespotter. The 3000sf, four-bedroom, 3.5 bath house, set on one acre with pretty gardens, was touted as "priced to sell!" Well, it clearly was: the asking price was $2.95M and it sold for $2.9M. Unfortunately commenters yawned at the place. "Gorgeous pool. Otherwise I find the house underwhelming. Maybe it's the very cobbled-together Etsy-ish decor." "I might rent this but I would not buy it. Just nothing special about it." Anyway, congrats to the new owners.
