Nothing about this property is huge, but it's all attractive, especially the inviting looking backyard. Tall shrubs and trees make for a lot of privacy, and there's a pool and plenty of decking for summer parties. The plot size is 0.46 of an acre. The house is 2200sf, with four bedrooms and three baths. Unfortunately, the listing photos suffer from the Curse of the Wide Angle Lens, which just make some of them odd. Also, the large office area off the dining room (which features a picture of a cow looking over a cowskin rug) is slightly offputting—they should have styled it like a den. These are minor nitpicks, though. The house has been nicely updated, though we'd go farther with a new kitchen and a new bath; the suspended staircase is fab. And the asking price of $2.6M is reasonable.
